Overview of (Dutch) maritime law

The International Comparative Legal Guide to Shipping 2019 has been published. The guide contains a helpful overview of several aspects of maritime law in various countries. Discussed are inter alia salvage, general average, global limitation of liability, but also cargo claims as well as ship arrest and conservatory attachments.

Vincent Pool and Jolien Kruit (again) provided the chapter on Dutch law.
