Festschrift Resi Hacksteiner

After 34 years, Resi Hacksteiner left the IVR (the International Association for the representation of the mutual interests of the inland shipping and the insurance and for keeping the register of inland vessels in Europe). To commemorate her important contribution to inland waterway carriage, she received the Festschrift A voyage through the Law of Inland Shipping. Jolien Kruit wrote a paper for this Festschrift on the current situation and the future of general average in inland waterway shipping.
