Each year, Van Traa's aviation team provides the Dutch chapter of the publication Aviation Liability. This book contains an overview of the laws and regulations that come into play in the event of an aviation-related accident for 23 countries. Subjects covered include air carrier liability for injury and death, liability for damage on the ground, consumer protection and passenger rights, criminal liability and insurance aspects.
