Guido's transport practice has a strong focus on air transport and related services. He advises and litigates on agreements in transport of passengers and cargo and complex logistics operations.

His expertise also includes national and international aviation regulations and the public law frameworks for all modes of transport. Guido assists companies in translating complex regulations into practical solutions and regularly litigates before administrative courts on enforcement disputes and licenses.

His clients include carriers, logistics service providers and their insurers. They appreciate his strategic approach, commitment and thorough expertise in the international environment in which they operate.

Guido regularly lectures at the International Institute of Air & Space Law at Leiden University and other institutions. He is also active in various trade associations and international networks, including Air Cargo Netherlands (ACN), the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and L2B Aviation.
